Reiki is a gentle Japanese healing art that works with ki, the universal life force energy, to support balance of body and mind and a deep sense of well-being. I've practiced Reiki since 2000 and am trained through level 3.

We begin by grounding your energy to prepare for the session. I bring in other healing tools and techniques along with Reiki, which allows for deeper healing. The session ends with a grounding visualization, and I share the images, messages, and clearing that came forth

Time dedicated entirely to you, to rest deeply and receive the healing energy of Reiki.
Put me in a metaphysical shop and I am a happy girl! Oracle decks, crystals, candles, feathers and sound-makers hold so much creativity and illumination. I find that incorporating them into my healing sessions enhances the work and, in a sense, completes the picture.
