Journey (offered at RETREAT)
75 minutes - $150
We begin with a grounding of energy to prepare you for the session. I will use other healing tools and techniques (see below) along with Reiki, which will allow for deeper healing. The session ends with a grounding visualization, and I will share with you the images, messages, and clearing that came forth during your session.
Distance Reiki Healing
45-60 minutes - $90 (introductory rate/sliding scale available)
Receive healing in the comfort of your own home. Reiki energy travels through time and space and it’s not necessary to be in-person to receive the benefits. How my distance sessions work: We begin with a phone or FaceTime call to connect, set intention and grant me permission to do Reiki. We end phone connection, recipient settles into a comfortable, safe space and I begin doing the distance healing. I frequently pull from one or more oracle decks and/or bring crystals into the session. When the session is complete we re-connect by phone and I share with you the images, messages, and clearing that came forth during your session. I added the option of Distance Reiki Healing in response to client requests for support during the stressful time of COVID and have continued to make this offering available. It’s important to me that this healing work is accessible to anyone feeling called to it. Sliding scale option for those who are financially struggling right now.

Reiki
90 minutes - $150

Reiki / Femme Movement
120 minutes - $170
This session begins on the mat, with a guided moving meditation (see Femme Movement below) for 15-20 min. It's a perfect prelude to the Reiki and journey healing work we will be doing; allowing for a deeper grounding, putting you in a more receptive state.
Femme Movement
A common thread shared by energy healing, guided meditation and movement is it's ability to move and clear blocked energy. Guided meditation effortlessly shifts the mind's focus. Movement of the body shifts the focus from the mind to the body - our sacred temple that holds our essence and emotions. The flowing, circular movement of the feminine is a gentle way of releasing stagnant energy and tension.
Healing Tools
Put me in a metaphysical shop and I am a happy girl! Oracle decks, crystals, candles, feathers and sound-makers hold so much creativity and illumination. I find that incorporating them into my healing sessions enhances the work and, in a sense, completes the picture.
